8.1. Contact form:
Users who enter their personal data in the fields of the request for offer/contact form accept that these data will be collected for the purpose of responding to their requests. Under no circumstances will the data in question be passed on to third parties without the prior consent of the user.

8.6. Google Analytics:
Google Analytics is a web analysis service provided by Google Inc: ("Google"), which tracks and reports website traffic. Google uses the data collected to monitor and control the use of the website. This data is shared with other Google services. Google may use the information collected in order to contextualise and personalise ads on its own advertising network.
The user can unsubscribe from the services provided to Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics opt-out add-on. This add-on prevents JavaScript (GA.JS, Analytics.JS and DC.JS) from transmitting information about visitor activity to Google Analytics.

If the user does not unsubscribe, the information obtained through cookies in relation to their use of the website will be sent to the server located in the United States of America and stored there. The user's IP address will be anonymised within Switzerland prior to transmission to the United States of America, using the "anonymmails_ip" function. This function removes all references to individual persons from the IP addresses collected. The processing of personal data as described above is based on the site operator's legitimate interest in compiling statistics about the consultation and use of its website and in adapting it to demand.

The user will then receive a confirmation e-mail to verify their consent (double opt-in process). Users can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time, free of charge, by clicking on the Unsubscribe link at the bottom of each issue.
8.8. Downloading of PDF files:
Users can download pdf files from www.boccard.ch. When PDF files are downloaded, information relating to these downloads may be recorded for the purposes of monitoring and improving content.
